Toastmasters

Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization that promotes effective communication worldwide.

The NYCOT chartered OMNI Toastmasters club embraces the mission and values of this organization. We help people to improve their communication and leadership skills, lose their fear of public speaking, and learn how to be more successful in whatever path they have chosen.

Leadership cannot be learned in a day. It takes practice. Toastmasters’ members build leadership skills by organizing and conducting meetings, motivating each other, and practicing in a supportive environment. The club provides a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop his or her communication and leadership skills.

OMNI Toastmasters Club meets every second and fourth Friday of the month from: 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

It is open to the community.  Visitors are welcome at each meeting. Come and enjoy listening and learning from the best speakers in Brooklyn.

Meetings are currently held via zoom.
